RFQ — Winding cores • Material: cardboard / plastic (PVC, ABS, PP...) • Inner diameter + tolerance: e.g. 76.2 mm +0.5/-0 • Wall thickness OR required radial crush strength: e.g. 13 mm / xx N • Length(s): e.g. 1,250 mm — or mother tubes for in-house cutting • Wound material, web tension, max reel weight: e.g. BOPP, 300 kg • Yearly volume + call-off pattern: e.g. 40,000 pcs, monthly • Delivery location + storage conditions
2 · Core cutting machine
RFQ — Core cutting machine • Core material(s): spiral cardboard / plastic • Diameter range (ID) + wall thickness range: e.g. 76–152 mm, 5–15 mm • Mother tube length: e.g. 3.5 m • Cut lengths range + typical batch: e.g. 200–2,000 mm • Cores cut per week: e.g. 2,500 • Available floor space + power supply • Current sourcing (pre-cut price/pc) for payback calculation

3 · Roll pallets & storage
RFQ — Roll handling & storage • Roll dimensions: Ø min–max, width min–max, weight max • Rolls per pallet position: e.g. 1–3 • Use: internal handling / rack storage / customer shipping / export • Hygiene requirements: food, pharma, cleanroom (washable?) • Quantities: pallets, wedges, flanges needed • Racking: existing beam dimensions if rack storage is planned
4 · Core recovery (RECYCLO)
RFQ — End-of-reel recovery • Reels to process: pcs/year, average residual material (mm on core) • Materials: LDPE / PP / PET / paper laminates / aluminium ... • Core types + ID range: cardboard/plastic/metal, 76–304 mm • Max reel: Ø, length, weight • Current disposal cost per tonne • Goal: reuse cores / sell clean fraction / PPWR documentation
